We are releasing access to Checking over time, rather than all at once. If your clients are on the waitlist, we will notify them via email when their spot opens up.
Once their spot opens up on the waitlist and they get a notification via email or in their Betterment account, they'll be able to sign up for a checking account. The email will contain a signup link.
If you aren’t sure whether or not your client's spot has opened up, user the Advisor Dashboard to log in as the client. You’ll see a notice if the client's spot has opened up and they can now sign up for Checking.
Checking is new—over time, you can expect to see additional features beyond what we are offering currently.
